Kyle McIntyre Owner & Executive Recruiter
MCINTYRE ASSOCIATES was founded by my father, Jeff McIntyre. From inception, McIntyre Associates has specialized in high-growth industries, and since 2001, we have been exclusively focused on Cybersecurity, partnering with industry leaders (such as CrowdStrike, Foundstone, & Arbor Networks) to achieve record-breaking growth and noteworthy exit events.
I grew up around this business, and after graduating from UConn with a B.A. in Psychology, I formally joined McIntyre Associates. For the next several years, dad and I partnered on 10+ C-Level and VP searches for CrowdStrike (Nasdaq: CRWD), contributing to building the seminal Management Team whose efforts culminated in their 2019 IPO, the largest cybersecurity IPO ever at the time.
Today, I run McIntyre Associates, conducting all search work and related activities end-to-end. I've placed VPs, SVPs, and C-Level executives for companies ranging from Seed Stage through Fortune 500. I've built Red Teams and placed CISOs at some of the world’s most consequential organizations, and I've worked in virtually every subsector of the industry.
